QLGN - Qualigen gains IND clearance for solid tumors candidate

The US FDA has cleared an Investigational New Drug ( IND ) application from Qualigen ( NASDAQ: QLGN ) to conduct a phase 1 trial of QN-302 for solid tumors.
The trial of the G-Quadruplex (G4)-selective transcription inhibitor will begin in the second half of this year.
Qualigen ( QLGN ) said it believes it can complete dosing of at least 24 people whose tumors have have not responded to prior therapy in 2024.
