I would like to introduce Hugues Simard, Chief Financial Officer of Quebecor Inc. Please go ahead.

Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to this Quebecor conference call. My name is Hugues Simard. I'm the CFO. And joining me to discuss our financial and operating results for this fourth quarter of 2023 and also the full year 2023 is Pierre Karl Péladeau, our President and CEO.

Merci, and good morning, everyone. First off, I have to say what a landmark year 2023 was for us at Quebecor. And the Canadian telecom industry, 2023 will go down in history as the key turning point when we disrupted and changed the wireless landscape in Canada as the fourth national operator. Finally, blowing two pieces, the quiet oligopoly of the big three competitors, as we did in Quebec more than 10 years ago.
And in the media sector, we were the first to recognize that we needed to execute a complete rethinking of how to operate media activities in a globally competitive and strategically challenge new reality. We are proud of our accomplishment this year and perhaps even more satisfied with the strength of the basis we have now put in place to support our growth for the long-term. Much hard work and competitive sparring remain ahead, but we are clearly on the right track to continue to succeed....
