RXT - Rackspace Technology Global prices $550M notes offering

Rackspace Technology Inc.
Rackspace Technology Global, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rackspace Technology (RXT) has priced $550M of 3.50% First-Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2028 at an issue price of 100.000%.Offering is expected to close on February 9. Net proceeds will be used together with borrowings under a new senior secured first lien term loan facility, to repay the borrowings outstanding under existing term loan facility and for general corporate purposes.Previously: Rackspace Technology Global launches $550M notes offering (Feb. 2)
