CA - Ridgeline Minerals to raise up to $2M through non-brokered private placement

- Ridgeline Minerals ( TSXV: RDG:CA ) ( OTC:RDGMF ) said on Wednesday that the company is set to raise up to $2M through a non-brokered private placement.
- The precious and base metals exploration company will sell up to 10M units at $0.20 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.30 per share.
- Ridgeline Minerals will use the proceeds to fund exploration activities at Nevada and Idaho projects, and for general working capital.
- The company also said it expects certain directors and officers to acquire securities under the private placement.
