Riley Exploration Permian ( REPX ) partially reversed the earlier reduction in its 2025 capex budget, adding back close to $35 million to that budget. This is going towards a mix of additional midstream and upstream capex. Riley has been dealing with some midstream constraints (causing it to shut-in some wells) and the midstream projects should help its flow assurance. Riley is also completing a couple additional net wells in 2025 while resuming drilling in Q4 2025....
