XOM - Rowan Relentless Gets More Time With Exxon Mobil
Back in November, I wrote that Rowan (RDC) decided to transfer a contract with Fieldwood Energy from Rowan Reliance to Rowan Resolute to save money on reactivation and focus on finding work for just one drillship, Rowan Relentless, which was on contract with Exxon Mobil (XOM) until December 2018. Now this story is continued as Rowan has just announced that Exxon Mobil has exercised the first two options for Relentless. These options have an expected duration of 30 days each, and two more options remain.
