SHWZ - Schwazze names Forrest Hoffmaster as new CFO

In lieu of upcoming growth initiatives in Colorado and New Mexico, Medicine Man Technologies ( OTCQX:SHWZ ) operating as Schwazze has appointed Forrest Hoffmaster as CFO, effective immediately replacing the current CFO, Nancy Huber, who previously announced her plans to retire once the company hired a new CFO.
