WORX - SCWorx gets Nasdaq extension to regain listing compliance
SCWorx Corp.
SCWorx ( NASDAQ: WORX ) on Tuesday said it received a notification from Nasdaq allowing the company a 180-day extension to regain compliance with the exchange's listing rule.
The company now has until June 5, 2023 to meet the requirement.
Nasdaq's extension notice has no immediate effect on the continued listing status of the company's common stock.
