NVDA - Self-driving truck startup TuSimple to offer ~33.8M shares in IPO at $35-$39

TuSimple Holdings (TSP) to offer 33,783,783 shares of its Class A common stock at an estimated price between $35-$39 per share.The offering consists of 27,027,027 shares offered by the company and 6,756,756 shares by a selling stockholder.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 5,067,567 Class A common stock from the selling stockholder.The company is backed strategic investors, including Volkswagen AG’s (VLKAF) heavy-truck business The Traton Group, Navistar (NAV), Goodyear (GT), U.S. Xpress (USX), NVIDIA (NVDA) and United Parcel Service (UPS).In July 2020, the company launched a self-driving freight network partnership with UPS and Berkshire Hathaway Inc's supply chain unit, McLane which will be operational nationwide by 2024.The company also announced a formal partnership with Navistar to produce a line of purpose-built L4 autonomous semi-trucks for the North American market by 2024.
