- Silver Elephant Mining ( OTCQX:SILEF ) has successfully closed the first tranche of its previously announced private placement and issued an aggregate of 1.5M Units for gross proceeds of $0.68M.
- Each Unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.55/share for 3 years.
- Furthermore, The Co. announces that it has increased the size of the Placement to 2.63M units for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.18M.
- Proceeds of the Placement are expected to be used for exploration, working capital and general corporate purposes.
