- Silver Elephant Mining ( OTCQX:SILEF ) plans to offer 1.5M units of the company in a non-brokered private placement at $0.45/unit for gross proceeds of up to $675K.
- Each unit consists of one share and one share purchase warrant wherein warrant holder is entitled to purchase one additional share $0.55/share for 3 years.
- Proceeds of the Placement are expected to be used for exploration, working capital and general corporate purposes.
- Transaction is expected to close on or about Apr.5, 2023.
- John Lee, Executive Chairman will be subscribing for up to 310K for gross proceeds of up to $139.5K.
