CA - Silver X Mining appoints COO

- Silver X Mining ( OTCQB:AGXPF ) ( TSXV: AGX:CA ) said on Thursday that the minerals exploration company has appointed Enrique Garay COO, effective June 1.
- Garay, a seasoned senior exploration and mine geologist, has served as senior vice president for geology at Rio2 Limited from 2018 to 2022.
- Additionally, the company said it has awarded 70K restricted share units to an officer.
- Also, the company said it has amended the terms of the warrants issued as part of the units of a non-brokered private placement announced on May 17.
