- SinglePoint ( OTCQB:SING ) has priced its underwritten public offering of 800,000 common shares at $5.00/share for the gross proceeds of ~$4M.
- Underwriters have granted a 45-day option to purchase up to 120,000 additional shares of common stock.
- In connection with the offering, the Company will effectuate a 1-for-26 reverse split, effective December 15, 2023.
- The shares are expected to begin trading on the BZX Exchange, a division of Cboe Global Markets on December 15, 2023 under the ticker symbol "SING".
- Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes and to repay up to $500,000 of its indebtedness.
