2024-03-13 09:58:16 ET

DENVER, Colo., Mar 13, 2024 ( 247marketnews.com )- 24/7 Market News, a digital financial market media pioneer, reviews progress made on several of the goals contained in Siyata Mobile’s (NASDAQ: SYTA ) CEO letter, published November 22, 2023. In addition to Siyata, AT&T (NYSE: T ), Verizon (NYSE: VZ ), and UScellular (NYSE: USM ) are mentioned.

The five goals include: “1. Continued increase in US and International orders for our equipment; 2. Siyata Real Time View and SD7+ will open up to more first responder markets; 3. We hope to secure purchase order financing to facilitate our inventory needs going forward; 4. We hope to increase our partnerships with the largest carriers, transitioning all of them to cobrand Siyata Mobile products;” and “5. We hope to increase our sales and strategic relationships to continue bringing the best first responder communications devices in the world to the market.”

The Company’s most recent announcements demonstrate the progress that Siyata has made, toward those goals, in 2024.

FirstNet, built with AT&T, uploaded a video, on January 24, 2024, titled “Mission Critical Communications for University of California, Davis Fire” that prominently features Siyata’s mission critical push-to-talk handset and how the Land Mobile Radio (LMR) to Long Term Evolution (LTE) systems evolution is helping the department with its communication needs.

Yesterday, Siyata announced that the Company will host an exhibitor’s booth at the International Wireless Communications Expo (“IWCE”) 2024, in partnership with Verizon, in Booth #608, and will showcase its SD7 Mission Critical PTT Handset, its VK7 Vehicle Kit, and its accessories to “a diverse group of professionals from the government/military; public safety; utility; transportation and business enterprise sectors.”

Last week, UScellular announced that UScellular is bundling Siyata’s push-to-talk over cellular (PoC) radio with ESChat’s PTT software and UScellular’s 1GB data plan, forming an integrated bundle that will provide superior customer experience and value starting at $28 per month.

Some of the agreement’s benefits include transitioning land mobile radios (LMR) customers to standalone broadband PTT service, or augment their existing radio systems with broadband PTT service allowing them to stay connected, even when they are outside of the LMR coverage area.

UScellular is the fourth-largest full-service wireless carrier in the United States and Kim Kerr, senior vice president, enterprise sales and operations for UScellular, stated, “Siyata’s SD7 rugged push-to-talk over cellular radio handset is an industry-leading device that offers UScellular business customers an alternative to land-mobile radios.”

Siyata already reported three new 2024 distribution agreements.

On January 22, Siyata Mobile reported that CTS Mobility, a large Verizon Elite Partner, is now a distributor of Siyata’s mission-critical PoC (MCPTT) SD7 handset and its auxiliary accessories.

CTS Mobility Principal Owner, Vic Jain, said, “As a leading Verizon reseller, we are eager to work with Siyata and its innovative PTT products, which are of great interest to many of our enterprise and EMS customers. At CTS, we are committed to expanding our strategic partner relationships to offer leading technology products that help our customers realize the greatest benefits from the technologies they deploy. We are pleased to add Siyata to our line-up of offerings.”

That news was followed by Allcan Distributors announcing, on February 1, that Allcan Distributers entered a partnership with Siyata Mobile, as Allcan Distributers launched its ChatterPTT, a “comprehensive business communication service that allows instant connection between remote teams. Hosted in Canada and offered exclusively by Allcan Distributors, ChatterPTT offers nationwide, secure, instant PTT communications services on any IOT broadband network.”

Allcan Distributors is “Canada’s leading distributor of innovative industrial wireless communications products and components to the LMR and Wireless Integration industry. Allcan offers industry-leading products for clients who require comprehensive remote voice and data communications, remote power, and infrastructure support solutions, serving sectors ranging from Public Safety, Oil and Gas, SCADA, Automation and Municipal Utilities.”

Allcan Distributers placed its first stocking order of Siyata’s SD7 handset, a simple, functional, and rugged Android-based PTT-only device. The Siyata SD7 is the industry’s leading next generation, game changing, cost effective, mission critical PTT over cellular 4G broadband MCPTT Device.

Craig Baker, VP of Business Development for Allcan Distributors, said, “The Siyata SD7 will provide nation-wide PTT instant communications on Allcan’s ChatterPTT service from St. Johns Newfoundland to Victoria BC, and any location that has IoT broadband connectivity. We believe the SD7 form factor will appeal to LMR radio users who will feel immediately comfortable with the SD7’s familiar buttons and rotary knob with no need to delete, lock down or upload other apps. ChatterPTT Canada will feature Priority Group Calling, messaging and location tracking and can support over 1,000 users per Talkgroup. We are excited to launch this highly desired ChatterPTT service in Canada with Siyata Mobile.”

Then, on February 6, Siyata stated that it expanded its alliance with Hyperion Partners, a primary agent and T-Mobile business partner, to include distribution of the Company’s mission critical PoC (MCPTT) SD7 handsets and accessories.

Hyperion Partners CEO, Kerry McGonigal, commented, “At Hyperion Partners, we pride ourselves on partnering with the industry’s leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s). Siyata is one of the leading OEM’s helping to fill the gap in the Push-To-Talk (PTT) environment by providing best-in-class PTT equipment, its SD7 handsets and VK7 vehicle kits, for all verticals.”

On February 22, Siyata reported receiving a 1000-unit order for its UV350 all-in-one in vehicle fleet communication devices from an international EMS provider, in February, which it expects to deliver this quarter and confirms that the Company continues to make progress.
