SNBR - Sleep Number names former Nike executive Francis Lee as new CFO

- Sleep Number ( NASDAQ: SNBR ) on Thursday said it had named former Nike ( NKE ) executive Francis Lee as its new CFO, effective August 14.
- Lee will take over the role from Chris Krusmark, who had been serving as interim CFO since January.
- According to SNBR, Lee was most recently finance chief at Wyze Labs, a startup formed by former Amazon ( AMZN ) employees that makes smart home cameras and devices.
- Prior to that, Lee spent over a decade with NKE, including as CFO of Nike Japan.
- Krusmark will resume his position of executive VP and chief human resources officer, SNBR said in a statement .
- Sleep Number ( SNBR ) separately reported Q2 results.
