SDC - SmileDirectClub prices upsized $650M convertible senior notes offering

SmileDirectClub (SDC) has priced its upsized private offering of $650M (from $350M) of 0.00% convertible senior unsecured notes due February 1, 2026.Closing date is February 9.Initial purchasers granted an option to purchase additional $97.5M of notes. Net proceeds to be ~$630M (or ~$725M if the initial purchasers fully exercise their option) and intends to use ~$60M to fund the cost of entering into the capped call transactions and the remainder for general corporate purposes.Shares up 2% premarket.Previously: SmileDirectClub announces convertible notes offering (Feb. 4)
