SDC - SmileDirectClub wins Appeals Court ruling in case with Georgia Board of Dentistry

SmileDirectClub shares have added ~4.9% in the post-market in reaction. The case relates to appeals made by the Georgia Dental Board and the Alabama Dental Board after lower court decisions in SmileDirectClub’s favor. The company anticipates a similar ruling in reaction to an appeal made by the Alabama Dental Board.
