CA - Stuhini Exploration announces increase of private placement to $1.9M

• Stuhini Exploration ( OTC:STXPF ) has announce d that it has increased its non-brokered private placement by $0.3M for total aggregate gross proceeds to the Co. of up to $1.9M
• The Private Placement will consist of units of the Co. at a price of $0.40 per Unit where, each Unit will consist of one common share and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant.
• The terms of the Private Placement and the proposed use of proceeds are otherwise as previously disclosed in the Co.'s news release dated Feb. 23, 2023.
