- Stuhini Exploration ( TSXV: STU:CA ) ( OTC:STXPF ) has again increased the size of a non-brokered private placement to up to $2.3M.
- The mineral exploration company said the move was made considering demand from potential investors.
- The private placement of up to $1.6M was announced on Feb. 23 , and upsized on Mar. 2 to up to $1.9M.
- The private placement consists of units priced at $0.40 per unit.
- Each unit consists of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable into one share at $0.50 per share.
