Five proposals were put to vote at the meeting as announced by the company in May. Proposal 1 was in connection with an amendment to the Certificate of Incorporation of the company. The board of directors of T2 Biosystems had adopted a resolution to amend the Certificate of Incorporation, indicating the proposal to increase the number of authorized shares of common stock to 400M from 200M currently.
