TTGT - TechTarget shores up decision support with ESG acquisition

TechTarget (TTGT +1.6%) has announced the acquisition of The Enterprise Strategy Group, which provides decision-support content for enterprise technology companies. Financial terms weren't disclosed. ESG combines user research and market analysis for content helping "buyers buy and sellers sell" - extending TechTarget's decision-support offering, the company says. "ESG applies its expertise in all of the key go-to-market segments served by TechTarget, including: Cloud Services & Orchestration; Converged Infrastructure; Cybersecurity; Data Platforms, Analytics & AI; Data Protection; Digital Workspace; Networking; and Storage," TechTarget says. Just before Christmas, TechTarget closed on its $150M acquisition of BrightTALK.
