Bruce Griffey wants to see how voters in the state feel about medical and recreational marijuana by including three questions about them in a ballot next year, Marijuana Moment reports. The questions are: Should the State of Tennessee legalize medical marijuana?; Should the State of Tennessee decriminalize possession of less than one ounce of marijuana?; Should the State of Tennessee legalize and regulate commercial sales of recreational use marijuana? Last week, Griffey introduced HB 1634, which would add the question to the November 2022 ballot, The Tennessee Star reported. Marijuana Moment says that the questions are non-binding, but could help spur legislative action.
