SAM - The Boston Beer Company hires Diego Reynoso as CFO and Treasurer

- The Boston Beer Company ( NYSE: SAM ) on Monday announced it has hired Diego Reynoso as its Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
- Reynoso, 47, will oversee the company’s finance, treasury, and information technology functions and his start date will be on or around September 5.
- Reynoso’s will take the place of former CFO and Treasurer Frank Smalla, who departed in April 2023.
- Reynoso served as the CFO of the Prepared Foods division of Tyson Foods and as Senior Vice President and CFO of the beer division of Constellation Brands.
- Chief Accounting Officer Matthew Murphy, who has served in the additional role of interim CFO and Treasurer, will resume his previous role as Vice President of Finance, Chief Accounting Officer.
