CA - Therma Bright raises ownership in Inretio to 7.5%

- Medical device company Therma Bright ( TSXV: THRM:CA ) ( OTCQB:TBRIF ) said on Friday that it has raised its ownership in Inretio to 7.5%, having paid a portion of the purchase price for its acquisition of up to 25% of the latter.
- The purchase price was comprised of $500K in Therma Bright shares, which comes to 6.8M shares.
- The shares were issued at a deemed price of CAD0.10 per share.
- The issued shares, along with $250K in cash payments made to Inretio previously, increases Therma Bright's ownership in the company.
