RTX - These 15 Well-Valued Dividend Growth Stocks Are Rare Finds In A Market Where Most 'Value' Isn't True Value

• I screened the holdings of the Vanguard Value ETF for stocks whose P/E ratios, prices relative to 1 Year Targets, EPS growth rates, and dividend growth Rates make them appealing.
• Only 23 of the ETF's 347 holdings passed these screens. Many of those that did were strongly cyclical or are predicted to see slowing growth.
• After eliminating those, 15 good candidates for further research emerged.
• I then screened the same stocks using Seeking Alpha Quant ratings to find 15 stocks that were strong buys with decent dividend ratings.
• Only one stock identified by the Quant rating screen appears on the list of stocks that made it through my earlier value screens.
