TRIN - Trinity Capital launches IPO at an expected price range of $13.5-$15.5

Trinity Capital (TRIN) has commenced an initial public offering of ~7.55M common shares, consisting of 6.9M shares offered by the company and 646,619 shares by certain selling stockholders at an estimated price range of $13.50-$15.50 per share.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional ~1.13M shares. Trinity intends to use the net proceeds to pay down a portion of its existing indebtedness outstanding under its credit agreement, to make investments in accordance with its investment objective and for general corporate purposes.
