TRIN - Trinity Capital prices additional $50M notes due 2025
- Trinity Capital ( NASDAQ: TRIN ) on Wednesday has priced its underwritten offering of additional $50M principal amount of 7% notes due 2025.
- Underwriters' overallotment option is to purchase an additional up to $7.5M notes.
- It comes as addition to existing $125M notes issued on January 16, 2020, which brings outstanding principal amount of Trinity's 7% notes due 2025 to $175M.
- The company said it intends to use the net proceeds to repay a portion of its outstanding indebtedness under its credit facility with KeyBank National Association.
- Closing of the transaction is expected on July 22, 2022.
