TRIN - Trinity Capital prices IPO at $14 trades today

Trinity Capital Inc.
Trinity Capital (TRIN) has priced initial public offering of 7,375,274 common shares at $14/share, in line with estimated range of $13.50-$15.50 per share.The offering consists of 6.9M shares sold by the company and 475,274 shares by certain selling stockholders.Trading commences today on Nasdaq.Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional ~1.106M shares.Offering is expected to close on February 2, 2021. Net proceeds will be utilised to pay down a portion of  existing indebtedness outstanding under credit agreement and for general corporate purposes.
