- Trinity Capital ( NASDAQ: TRIN ) has priced an underwritten public offering of $55M of shares of its common stock at $15.33 per share.
- The offering was upsized from $50M.
- Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 538,160 shares.
- The shares are expected to be delivered on August 18, 2022.
- Net proceeds will be used to pay down a portion of its existing indebtedness outstanding under its KeyBank Credit Facility, to make investments in accordance with its investment objective and investment strategy, and for general corporate purposes.
- Shares down 8.5% PM.
