U.S. Gold ( NASDAQ: USAU ) fell ~15% on Wednesday pre-market after the company announced an ~$5M registered direct offering.
The gold and copper exploration and development company is set to sell 870K shares at $5.75 per share and warrants to purchase 870K shares at $6.16 per share.
USAU has agreed with a single institutional investor on the offering.
The offering is expected to close on or about April 10.
