Vera (NASDAQ:VERA) has more than given back gains it made on Friday following the acquisition of a monoclonal antibody candidate from Pfizer (NYSE:PFE), closing down 18%. The deal with Pfizer is for MAU868, a first-in-class monoclonal antibody to treat BK virus, the leading cause of kidney transplant loss. Vera also entered into a credit facility with Oxford Finance for up to $50M in borrowing capacity. Vera had its ~$48M IPO in May.
