VRSSF - VERSES Technologies gets Neo exchange acceptance for warrant listing

• AI company VERSES Technologies ( OTCQX:VRSSF ) on Monday said it had got acceptance from the Neo Exchange to list its warrants.
• The company will list up to 18.1M class A subordinate voting share purchase warrants, VRSSF said in a statement .
• The company added that an aggregate of 11.6M class A warrants were subject to certain warrant amendments.
• The amended warrants will be posted for trading on the Neo at market open on Jan. 24, 2023 under the symbol “VERS.WT.A”.
• A total of 6.5M class A warrants may become listed on the Neo once the company gets written consent from the applicable warrant holders for the warrant amendments, VRSSF said.
