VRSSF - VERSES Technologies launches C$500k debenture financing

• VERSES Technologies ( OTCQX:VRSSF ) on Monday announced a non-brokered private placement of unsecured convertible debentures units of the company at C$1,000 unit for gross proceeds of up to C$5 million.
• Each unit will consist of C$1,000 unsecured convertible debentures of the issuer and 350 detachable warrants to purchase class A subordinate voting shares of the issuer.
• Each convertible debenture will mature on the date that is 12 months from the date of issuance of the convertible debenture.
• On the maturity date, the outstanding principal amount of the convertible debentures shall be repaid in cash.
