Versus Systems ( NASDAQ: VS ) has received an additional extension of 180 calendar days from The Nasdaq to regain compliance with the minimum $1 bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule.
The extension follows the expiration of the initial 180 calendar day compliance period on July 24, 2023.
As a result of the extension, Versus now has until January 22, 2024 to regain compliance with the Bid Price Requirement.
