- Veru ( NASDAQ: VERU ) enters stock purchase agreement for the purchase of up to $100M with Lincoln Park Capital Fund or LPC, a Chicago-based institutional investor.
- Under the terms of the agreement, LPC has committed to purchase up to $100M stock at Veru’s sole discretion from time to time over a 36-month period.
- There are no upper limits to the price per share LPC may pay and LPC has agreed not to enter into or effect any direct or indirect short selling or hedging of Veru’s common stock.
