VIA optronics (NYSE:VIAO) on Wednesday said it had shipped a record 31K units as of May 31 at its Nuremberg production site in Germany. The maker of display systems and cameras said that number exceeded the total shipments of 22.1K units in FY 2021, its previous highest. In May, VIAO shipped and produced 16K display units at the Nuremberg site. U.S.-listed shares of VIAO earlier closed +2.7% at $2.25.
