Vislink Technologies (VISL) traded 6.1% down premarket entered into a definitive agreement with institutional investors for the purchase and sale of 18.18M shares and warrants to purchase up to 9.1M shares at a combined purchase price of $2.75/share in a registered direct offering.Common stock warrants will be immediately exercisable with an exercise price of $3.25/share and will expire five years from issuance date.Offer closing is expected to occur on or about Feb.8.
