Wallbridge Mining Company ( TSX: WM:CA ) ( OTCQX:WLBMF ) has filed a preliminary short form base shelf prospectus to offer up to C$50 million of equity, debt or certain other securities.

The company plans to offer the securities from time to time over a 25-month period

The final base shelf prospectus is expected to be filed in the week of December 11, 2023.

The company currently has no plans to undertake a financing.
