GOOGL - Waymo to partner with new auto giant Stellantis

Waymo (GOOGL) CEO John Krafcik says the business is strengthening its partnership with Stellantis, which is the new entity formed by the merger of Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCAU) and PSA Group. An existing collaboration between Fiat and Waymo on self-driving tech will survive as the new auto giant moves forward. Partnership deals between auto and tech players now include Alibaba-SAIC, Foxconn-Geely, Apple-Hyundai and Baidu-Geely to name just a few. More big deals are expected this year.
