  • TSX Venture Exchange accepts Wishpond ( TSXV: WISH:CA ) request to make a normal course issuer bid to be transacted through the facilities of the Exchange.
  • The normal course issuer bid is to purchase an aggregate up to 2.69M shares, being 5% of the total number of 53.7M common shares outstanding as at June 12, 2023 for the 12-month period commencing June 30, 2023, and ending June 29, 2024.
  • The board believes that the recent market prices of the Company's common shares do not properly reflect the underlying value of such shares.
