YouTube ([[GOOG]] -0.5%, [[GOOGL]] -0.6%) has its name on the building at Southern California's newest entertainment venue. The video giant has sealed 10-year naming rights to the 6,000-seat performance space opening up at Hollywood Park, a 300-acre development from Los Angeles Rams owner Stan Kroenke, Variety reports. Now to be called YouTube Theater, it will host live entertainment including concerts, stand-up comedy, award shows, esports competitions, community events, conferences, and events featuring YouTube creators, Todd Spangler reports. The new theater is under the same roof canopy that stretches over SoFi Stadium and American Airlines Plaza. YouTube will use the venue to feature its creators and artists, and it has an exclusive multiyear booking partnership with Live Nation Entertainment (LYV -4.9%).
