Apple Inc.'s (NASDAQ:AAPL) highly anticipated Siri upgrade powered by new artificial intelligence technology will reportedly not be available, even in developer beta, until 2025.
What Happened: Apple's recent iOS 18 betas have introduced several new features. However, the significant AI features, including the major Siri upgrade, are yet to be seen.
Leaks before the WWDC had given a glimpse of what to expect from the revamped intelligent assistant, which was confirmed during the keynote presentation. The improvements are expected to make Siri understand context more like a human.
However, despite the release of upcoming new iPhones in September, buyers will have to wait longer to experience the smarter Siri, reported Bloomberg's Mark Gurman.
