Comstock shareholders as of the record date of April 2, 2024, can participate in the online annual meeting, including to vote your shares electronically and/or submit questions during the meeting. The Company's proxy statement will be sent to shareholders of record and will describe the matters to be voted upon.
Electronic entry to the meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. PDT / 11:30 a.m. EDT and the meeting will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. PDT / 12:00 p.m. EDT.
