- Kiplinger Investing periodically lists retirement tips. This 41 stock list comes from two articles. One by Brian Bollinger, updated 8/5/20 and another by Charles Lewis Sizemore, CFA, 7/2/19.
- The articles are titled, '20 for 20 retirement years', and '25 stocks every retiree should own'. Four stocks repeat, leaving 41. One ceased paying dividends and one never-did, leaving 39.
- Those 39 select dividend stocks ranged 0.93% to 9.91% in annual yield and ranged -7.51% to 24.82% in annual price target downsides and upsides per brokers 2/19/21.
- Top Ten reliable retiree dividend stocks, WPC, DUK, O, DOC, KMI, PG, UL, ENB, CVS, & EPD, boasted projected net gains from 15.47% to 29.8% for February.
- $5k invested in the lowest-priced five of ten top-yield reliable retirement dividend dogs showed 79.06% more net-gain than from $5k invested in all ten. The little (lower-priced) reliable retirement dogs still led this pack in February.
