Alkane Resources Ltd(ASX:ALK) MD Nic Earner tells Proactive the company has extended thegold and copper mineralised footprint at its Northern Molong PorphyryProject (NMPP) in Central New South Wales with further significantresults from the project’s Boda, Boda Two and Boda Three targets.ALK has been running a drill program over a 3-kilometre mineralisedzone spanning NMPP’s Kaiser and the Boda targets to prove up a largetier-one gold and copper camp. Core and reverse circulation (RC)drilling is ongoing at Kaiser, while the program at the Boda targetshas been completed.
“The current program of drilling at Boda and Boda Two andThree is now completed and the drill core is being progressivelysampled and analysed,” Earner said.
“These current results show that mineralisationextends further to the northwest down plunge towards Kaiser and southinto Boda Three.
“We will bereceiving results from the Boda complex drilling into September, whichpositions us well for an update to the mineral resource estimatebefore the end of the year.”
