Thank you, Denis. Good morning everyone and thanks for joining us today. So, before we deep dive into what was a great 2024, I want to take a moment to recap on a few announcements.

First, I am really pleased with the agreement signed earlier this morning for the sale of our interest in Highway 407. As outlined at our Investor Day, this is an important step in our strategic journey to simplify the business, create value for shareholders, and become a focused, world-class engineering services and nuclear company.
