- BAE Systems ( OTCPK:BAESY ) ordnance unit will continue to run a government-owned ammunition manufacturing complex in Virginia under a $1.29B contract modification from the U.S. Army.
- Under the award, the company will provide operational services to the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) and the production of propellant components for military use, the Department of Defense commented.
- RFAAP complex supplies solvent and solventless propellants in support of DOD’s direct fire, indirect fire and rocket missions.
