(TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B) (the"Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt”) ispleased to announce that further to its news release dated January 4,2024, the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted the name change to“ Nord Precious Metals MiningInc. ”.
The shares will commence trading under the new name andtrading symbol “ NTH ”, effective Tuesday, January 23, 2024,at the market open. The Company’s new CUSIP number will be65558V100”.
Further to the Company’s news release dated December4, 2023, the Company would like to correct the disclosure regardingthe 2,002,503 warrants that expired on June 29, 2023, and were notextended and are not eligible for repricing.
