(TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF) (Frankfurt:4T9B)(the "Company" or "Canada Silver Cobalt is pleased to announce that shareholders at the Annual andGeneral Meeting held on October 31, 2023 voted in favour to change theCompany’s name to “Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc”. The newname will better reflect the direction of the Company. The namechange is subject to TSX Venture Exchange (“Exchange”)approval.
The name change is expected to be effective in thecoming days, pursuant to filing Articles of Amendment and theacceptance of the Exchange. The Company will issue a further newsrelease announcing the new CUSIP number, new trading symbol andeffective date when the Company will trade under the new name andsymbol.
