(TSXV:CCW) (OTC:CCWOF)(Frankfurt:4T9B) (the " Company " or" Canada Silver Cobalt ") ispleased to announce that at the annual and special meeting ofshareholders of the Company held today, all matters set out in itsmanagement information circular dated September 25, 2023 were passed,including approval of the proposed plan of arrangement for thepreviously-announced “spin-out” by the Company of shares andwarrants of its wholly-owned subsidiary Coniagas Battery Metals Inc.to the shareholders of the Company. The Company will keep shareholdersapprised of the status of the “spin-out”.
At the meeting, the five directors of the Company,Frank J. Basa, Daniel Barrette, Ronald Goguen Sr., Matthew Hallidayand Dianne Tookenay, were re-elected and McGovern Hurley LLP,Chartered Professional Accountants, were re-appointed as theCompany’s auditor. Following the meeting, the Board of Directorsappointed Frank J. Basa, Ronald Goguen Sr. and Dianne Tookenay asmembers of the Audit Committee for the upcoming year.
